Sjøbua serves lobster throughout the year, as they have their own license for lobster farming. They buy as much lobster they can in the season and keep them in a separate facility just outside the restaurant. Here the lobsters are groomed and taken care of until they are admitted and put in the tank in the restaurant. In the restaurant then, you can choose which lobster you want to eat.
